  12.     Sorry I'm so tardy in responding to your request.  My students and I
  13. have been busy writing to a teacher  and his ninth grade students in
  14. Alberta, Canada.
  15.     Right now the focus of our projects has changed slightly because we
  16. were writing about the presidential election, but now we are just
  17. writing about current events, fads, local color, etc.  So please tell
  18. your mother in Hardin, Montana, that if she would like her 9th graders
  19. to have pen pals for the rest of the school year to let me know.  THis
  20. is assuming her students have access to computers.  I will write more
  21. later, but have to go now.  Sorry this is so rushed and vague.
