  21. Nup, the lowest it ever gets around here is about 4 degrees Celcius. Don't ask me what that is in Farenheit, because I do not know. I am in year 8 (That's what we call it here) and DO NOT study French thank goodness. I distinctly asked not to study THAT lingo.
