  11. I've been using this modem experience for three years now but the first two 
  12. were terrible and lacked the necessary return communications either to my 
  13. students or to me personally. OUr growth first had to overcome the technical 
  14. glitches associated with setting up. As I was the first in our area  with out 
  15. the benefit of close collaboration on problems, I was flying solo! The kids 
  16. in my class have become mini-experts and extremely confident users in very 
  17. quick time. I've set up a global map and placed your city as a reference- I 
  18. hope others pick up the challenge and write back. Encourage the teachers to 
  19. continue.
