- I"m getting better at this...I'm actually getting somewhere
- with this thing. Latest problem was with ranlib...except there is no
- such thing as ranlib on my machine...so, after some looking around in
- the 'config' directory, I make ranlib = true and that works no
- problem.

- gmake[1]: *** No way to make target `iostream/stamp'. Stop.
- gmake: *** [all-libg++] Error 1

- I've looked through the Makefile(s), especially the one in
- ~/iostream, and I cannot seem to reason out where it is trying to make
- 'stamp' :(
