I have the same problem when I installed the Xboard2.0,pl25. I have no problem when compile the program on SGI310VGX/RISC4000, IRIX4.05 but when I start Xboard the Xboard window popup sucessfully about 1-2 secs then it crash. The error message is that:
xboard: can't open pseudo-tty
no such file or directory
I think the problem is not installation procedure..some how I have to specify the path for the pseudo-tty file..etc..Is there any one have a way getting around this? Email please..Thank you..
