  37. |   My advice on the list of new mp names distributed by Brian in July is

  40. |(3394) Banno = 1986 DB
  41. |     Discovered 1986 Feb. 16 by S. Inoda and T. Urata at Karasuyama.
  42. |  Named in memory of Yoshiaki Banno (1952-1991), a coworker of the
  43. |  discoverers and a computer engineer at the National Laboratory for High-
  44. |  Energy Physics in Tsukuba city.  A discoverer of (4200) Shizukagozen, he was
  45. |  one of the pioneers among Japanese amateur astronomers in the use of
  46. |  electronic computers for orbital calculations.  He was tragically killed in
  47. |  a traffic accident on his way home from the laboratory.
