- Hello netters,
- I am investigating the possiblity of using a Mac for an
- X windows terminal. I need to link to a network of SGI
- machines. I have a couple of questions:
- 1) what is the best software to use (XView? others?)?
- 2) How powerful a Mac does you need to get reasonable
- performance? Would a plain Mac II work ok?
-
- I would appreciate hearing from anybody who is using a
- Mac for an X terminal. Please respond to me and I
- will summarize for the Net.
-
- Thanks.
