- Ever thought of conservation via pixmap reuse??
-
- It is a well known and doccumented "feature" that an atom, once
- created, is not released until ALL x clients have disconnected
- from the server. Thousands of people program with this in mind
- every day. The programmers you referenced should have taken
- more time to learn X in their headlong rush to produce the demo.
- "C" wont automatically free memory for you either, is this a bug?
-
- PS - A Windows-based server is even more succeptable to this since
- it has to deal with the memory model issues.
