- The definition (according to the ENCAPSULATED PostSript FILES manual version
- 2.0) of the preview bitmap is that it is a monochrome bitmap (i.e. 1's and
- 0's) so it will never have colors in it.

- As W. Mac Post says, when you print the postscript output from xfig/fig2dev
- on a postscript printer it will actually print the postscript part and not
- the preview bitmap.
