  14. It seems to me that R5 has disabled the useful behaviour that Core
  15. would accept an XtSetValues of XtNtranslations beginning #override 
  16. or #augment.  It still works at widget-initialization time, however.
  17. This was never (AFAIK) documented, but it did work in R4.
