- I'm trying to get tip to work on a 5000/200, running Ultrix 4.2a. I've
- made the appropriate entry on /etc/remote, I don't have getty running
- on the port in /etc/ttys, and I'm not running uucp. When I try and tip
- to the port I get the error message "all ports busy". The man pages
- say that tip uses the uucp locking protocol, and there aren't any LCK
- files in /usr/spool/uucp, or anywhere else on the system that I can find.
- Can anyone suggest what I might be doing wrong?
