  12. I'm looking for a communications package that has 
  13. 1) scripting capabilities, i.e., able to run non-interactively
  14. 2) works over networked modems (hung off a terminal server)
  15. 3) handles multiple transfer protocols (xmodem,kermit,capture)
  16.  
  17. kermit 5a does #1 and #2. It can work in "capture" mode too.

  19. I need to use xmodem since that is the only protocol GE Information
  20. Services (GEIS) supports.

  22. With tip I can just ~C xmodem -crb
  23. to get what I want except that I need a direct connect modem.

  25. Does anyone know of a Crosstalk- or Procomm-like program that
  26. works over networked modems?
