- I'm looking for a communications package that has
- 1) scripting capabilities, i.e., able to run non-interactively
- 2) works over networked modems (hung off a terminal server)
- 3) handles multiple transfer protocols (xmodem,kermit,capture)
-
- kermit 5a does #1 and #2. It can work in "capture" mode too.
-
- I need to use xmodem since that is the only protocol GE Information
- Services (GEIS) supports.
-
- With tip I can just ~C xmodem -crb
- to get what I want except that I need a direct connect modem.
-
- Does anyone know of a Crosstalk- or Procomm-like program that
- works over networked modems?
-
- Please send e-mail and I will summarize.
-
- Thanks,
