  11. I've seen this question recently, but not an answer.  When there are
  12. multiple authors, the AmS-LaTeX manual says to use several \author,
  13. \address, \email, etc. commands.  But when I do this - as apparently
  14. others have discovered - only the information concerning the last-named
  15. author appears at the end of the paper, when using amsart.sty.  This
  16. would seem to be a bug.  Is there an easy way around it?
