- Frequently mail arrives in which backslashes are represented as the "cents"
- symbol (a "c" with a verical bar through it). Less frequent, but MUCH more
- confusing, it gets converted to a "c". A couple of other symbols have shown
- up from time to time and once all left and right braces failed to appear
- at all.
