  16. I've been having a problem with eps figures generated by xfig and tgif.
  17. I usually export (or transfig or print) the figures in eps format
  18. and then use psfig or epsf to incldue them in my LaTeX document.
  19. I have encountered the following problems:

  21. With XFig
  22. The eps file doesn;t have a 'drawpage' command at the end, thus
  23. when I print the ps file obtained using dvips nothing comes out and
  24. the printer blows up (ie. it doesn't print the remaining of the
  25. paper). When I include the drawpage command everything works fine.

  27. With Tgif
  28. The eps file it doesn't also contain the drawpage command, but the
  29. printer refuses to print the page (and then the remaining of the file)
  30. regardless if I inlcude drawpage or not.

  32. I should note that I can preview the ps file using ghostview,gspreview
  33. and pageview under openwin.

  35. Does anybody has any ideas why this is happening.
  36. Does it have to do with the printer installation and what do I have
  37. to do to fix this problem.
