  11. I do not know how to program a page counting tool,
  12. but (on a PC) I would use the printer driver for this:
  13. At least the emTeX dvihplj gives reports the number of pages:
  14. If I select zero pages the message would be: 0 pages out of n pages - the
  15. answer.
  16. (But probably it will load the fonts before)
