- I must end up with a form like the following. The design shown takes
- up the top half an 8 1/2 x 11 page, and is followed by horizontal
- elements.
-
- The broken vertical lines actually represent \vrule elements.
-
- As you may note, the three boxes are not equal. The first box is
- smaller in width than boxes 2 and 3.
-
- I thought of defining these as \hboxes but the \hsize is not
- uniform. I hadn't considered using settabs because the page
- layout seemed much more ammenable to \vbox-\hbox definition and
- because of the vertical rules.
-
- The trouble is that I can't seem to keep these three boxes on the
- same page. Boxes 2 and 3 always end up on the second page. I also
- must end the boxes mid-way down the page and include regular
- text.
-
- Any suggestions?
