- One of my users is using AMS-LaTeX. He is using the amsart style.
- His paper has 2 authors and each author has an address and an e-mail
- address. According to the AMS-LaTeX User's Guide (version 1.1
- 21 Jun 1991), the file should read:
- \author{first author's name}
- \address{first author's address}
- \email{first author's email address}
- \author{second author's name}
- \address{second author's address}
- \email{second author's email address}
-
- When I do this, I get both authors names as expected. However,
- at the end of the paper, I only get the second author's
- address and e-mail address and nothing for the first author.
- How can I get the first author's info?
- Also, the \\ command in the address is ignored and all lines
- are printed running together. I noticed that amsart redefines
- \\. Why is this?
- Thanks for any help.
