  21. The latest version of changebar.sty has a \driver command that enables
  22. you to select which DVI converter you're using.  One option is dvips,
  23. which is what you need (the others are dvitops and dvitoln03; I have a
  24. still more recent version that claims to support the emTeX DVIDRV
  25. \special commands, but haven't got it to work yet).  I got my copy of
  26. the working changebar from aston.
