  11. I have used newapa.bst / newapa.sty (by Stephen Spencer and Young Ryu)
  12. for a while now. Actually, I had modified it for use with the TIMS/ORSA
  13. publications like Management Science and Operations Research. However,
  14. the problem doesn't seem to be with my modification but in the original
  15. newapa.bst. I have confirmed this already by running the file using
  16. newapa.bst. The problem:

  18. In the bib file if the author list is long (more than 4-5 authors or 100
  19. characters) bibtex gives an error message.

  21. The version of newapa.bst that I modified was posted on this netnews on
  22. May 3, 1991. If later modifications have fixed this, please let me know.
  23. Since the changes I made was quite sometime back, I would really appreciate
  24. if you tell me how to fix the bug in the old version. Please respond by
  25. email.
