  11. Net Research have a product "HDK" which is designed as for producing files
  12. marked up for MS Windows help. It is an ad-in for MS Word for Windows
  13. which adds commands for creating hypertext links and the like. They are
  14. looking at have this work with SGML as well as the MS Windows Help format.
