  13. I have two problem using a book in Frame 3.1A (OpenLook, SS2):

  15. - some book files have graphics that are imported by reference. Opening these files
  16.   show the graphics, but printing from the book window says it can't find the
  17.   files. And this is quite reproducible! Any idea?

  19. - The bottom of each page in each file has a page number like "p/n" where p is the
  20.   book page number (which is correct accross book files), and n should be the total
  21.   book number of pages. But n is only, for each file in the book, the last page number
  22.   of this particular file. So the result is, for the first page of each book file,
  23.   something like: 1/10, then 11/20, 21/30, etc...
  24.   How could I find out the total page number of the book?
