  21. I just encountered similar problem last night, when I started adding
  22. bigger/more complicated graphics into my document.  And my graphics
  23. that refused to print were just cut-and-pasted charts generated from
  24. Excel.  They were not explicitly imported by reference.

  26. Same thing...closing the doc and opening it again re-display the
  27. graphics on screen but still does not print.  Restarting Frame solves
  28. the problem. Seems like some form of lost synchronization between
  29. Frame and the print driver which does not re-synchronize itself. 
  30. Definitely not lack of memory of any sort.

  32. My setup is, Windows 3.1, Frame 3.0, 8Mb RAM, ~80Mb free disk space,
  33. and a Canon BJ10ex printer.

  40. When does the gray hole occur, i.e. is there a specific event that
  41. causes the grey hole.  In my (only 1) experience, it occurs when I
  42. tried to print the document.  The "can't print imported graphics" pops
  43. up and there after lo-behold my graphics is greyed.
