  25. Not too hard: the margin head needs to be a separate tag with a negative value for  
  26. leading. Or, if you don't want negative leading because you expect more than one  
  27. line of text in your header: set the "space below" of the header to a negative  
  28. value, and set the "space above" of the following body text to a negative value  
  29. also.
