- - Yes, Rave is selling them, there are 2 models.
- - It is probably nice to have, but I have a hard time figuring out
- - who would pay HUNDREDS of $$$ for an empty PEBox, AT style or not,
- - when you can get an empty TI original box for $35, or $85-$100
- - for a "loaded" box.
- - One of the main attractions is I think the Rave box will house
- - the 99/4A motherboard as well (or am I dreaming here?).
- -
- - The rave box and the mini expansion systems all made sense 8 years
- - ago, but nowadays there is ample supply, and the TI boxes are
- - built like tanks!

- - Anybody interested in a PEBox? With or without cards/disk drive?
- - Please e-mail me or call (804) 293-8973.
- - Thanks.

- So there you have it, joe, Tony. Its an IBM Mini tower that has been
- retrofitted with TI P-box guts (bus). It actually looks quite good! I saw
- it at the Lema fair (via video tape!)
- But like Joe says, too much cash for that sort of thing. I'd rather go
- for the German IBM keyboard kit over that.
