- I am looking for the source code or executables for the following utilities:
-
- compress, uncompress, zcat
-
- Does anyone know if these utilites have been ported to the 6000 machines. I
- don't have "ftp" access so if anyone has access to them and can send them to me,
- I would be very grateful. The standard utilities that come with the Development
- System are pack, unpack, and pcat and I don't think these utilities would
- support todays internet protocols. Pack reduces file sizes to about 30% to 40%.
- I wonder what the percentages would be with "compress"?
