- Is it possible to use 256kx9 simms in a Sun 3/60?
-
- If so, is there any special bank arrangement required? Jumper
- settings (other than setting it for the amount of memory you have?)
-
- I have 4 megs of 256kx9 simms I want to add to my second 3/60, and
- take 4 megs out of that one and put it in my first system (presently,
- the system I want to put the memory in has 12 megs.) If it is
- possible to use the 256k siims, the second system will have all its simm slots
- full (8 1meg simms, and 16 256k simms)
-
- I seem to remember seeing a post about this a while ago, but I did
- not keep a copy of it.
