- Well a problem similar to yours is mentioned in the docs and in the Product
- Notes. The problem is identified by the following error message when installing
- a license:
- The diskette you inserted is not the license diskette.
- The license diskette is invalid.
- In fact the diskette may be ok, it may be the drive causing the problem. In
- /<wherever, typically usr>/sunpc/bin run sunpc_diskette. This program
- tests the diskette drive. If the test fails the problem is indeed the drive.
- But if the test succeeds Sun recommends you reboot and (re) try to install
- the license. The drive may simply be in what Sun terms a "bad state".
