- Umm.. listserv?
-
- I am running a couple of mailing lists, one local, and one
- about-to-be-public, using the current version (5.5) of Unix Listserv.
- The software compiles very nicely on Sun systems, and compiles cleanly on
- NeXTSTEP 2.1, although you must replace grep(1) and install cut(1) to make
- it work. I use the FSF versions, myself.
-
- Unix-listserv is available at cs.bu.edu:/pub/listserv/
-
- Make sure you get the fixes from the cs.bu.edu:/pub/listserv/fixes
- directory in addition to the shar file distribution.
-
- There is a mailing list running beta 6.0 code at stormking.com
-
- >
- The Unix-listserv mailinglist is available via subscription as follows:
-
- Mail to listserv@stormking.com
-
- In the body of the message, at the top, put the lines:
-
- help
- sub unix-listserv My Realname
-
- This will send you the help file on the version of unix-listserv running
- at stormking.com, as well as subscribe you to the list.
