- I feel stupid. I know this worked at one point, and I even have
- a system which is doing this, but I can't discern the differences
- between that one, and the system which isn't...
-
- Anyways...I want my ypserv to use NIS, and I can't for the
- life of me recall how to do it. I skimmed the (old)
- mans I have on it, and it's not helpful. Just supplying
- -d doesn't seem to do anything. I even, through
- some esoteric bit of backwater knowledge, tried
- ld ypserv -lresolv, but that didn't seem to do anything
- either.
-
- I know it's something stupid, but I can't figure it out. Help?
-
- If it matters (it shouldn't) I'm running 4.1 on a Sun3. However,
- I will be moving over to 4.1.3/Sparc2 when I get my new
- server setup.
-
- Thanks,
-
