  30. I am not familiar with waffle, but I am with PSIlink.  Performance 
  31. Systems International just released PSIlink for DOS and for the Apple 
  32. Macintosh .  I commute 4 hours a day 
  33. and have used it every day for the past two weeks.  The software is free 
  34. but access to their nationwide Points of Presence and their server range 
  35. from 20-40 dollars per month (depending on options and speed).  Some 
  36. points of presence charge an hourly rate.  It implements a lightweight 
  37. TCP/IP-like protocol and allows downloading of mail/news from their server.
  38. (you get an account like the one I'm posting from) as well as batched 
  39. FTP requests.

  41. For additional cost, you can get a packet radio modem to be able to 
  42. download and upload on the go.
