  17. The loss of the compiler isn't a reason for people to whine about SV vs.
  18. BSD; it's a reason to complain about the lack of a compiler.

  20. Is there any other significant part of "the useful UNIX applications
  21. environment" that you lose by going from SunOS 4.x to SunOS 5.x, and
  22. that can properly be blamed on SVR4?  (No comments from people who've
  23. never seen SVR4, and are just extrapolating based on earlier SV
  24. releases, please.)
