- I got a few prompt responses to this, and I promised I'd summarize.

- One must remove the entire ../PICKLE (the name of your custom config)
- directory, *then* do "config PICKLE; cd ../PICKLE; make". There were some
- timestamp problems that confused make, after the upgrade. Removing all the
- files in the build directory solved the problem.
