  26. I got a few prompt responses to this, and I promised I'd summarize.

  28. One must remove the entire ../PICKLE (the name of your custom config)
  29. directory, *then* do "config PICKLE; cd ../PICKLE; make".  There were some
  30. timestamp problems that confused make, after the upgrade.  Removing all the
  31. files in the build directory solved the problem.
