  12. One of our departmental administrators has set up PROM passwords
  13. on his department's machines. He is away for 2 weeks, and what he
  14. said was the passwd does not work. (Is this because it contains 
  15. non-alphameric characters?) Is there any way out of this?
  16. What do SUN charge for new proms? The machine is not running so I
  17. cannot use eeprom.
