- I recently procured a 4D/70 with an IP4 CPU. Unfortunately, the machine
- went down shortly after I got it...
-
- I've checked the PALs on the CPU, and a couple of them seem to be bad
- ie successive reads give different results. I would appreciate anyone
- with one of these CPUs helping me, if possible, by sending me the JEDEC
- files for the following devices:
-
- WRITE0 070-0081-001 TIBPAL16L8-25CN
- LMARBIT 070-0091-001 AMPAL22V10APC
-
- Both of these devices are located next to the RAM SIMMs.
-
- Also: The 27LS19 prom located between the middle DIN connector and the
- EPROMs is full of 00s. What is this device for?
-
- Thanks very much!
