- We've been running gdb 3.5 from a distribution we got from our local
- SGI support group. I'd like to upgrade to gdb 4.6, but for every
- possible configuration name I can think of (mips-sgi, mips-sysv,
- mips-irix) the configure script tells me gdb doesn't support it. Is
- there really no configuration that works? It seems that if gcc (and
- every other FSF tool I've tried) can easily be built for the SGI,
- gdb ought to be also. Any help appreciated.
