- Can anyone provide some pointers on how to make external SCSI disks known
- to the system (R4000 Indigo w/ Elan)? All I can find in the mound of
- documentation received with the system is that Disk and File Tool will
- automatically recognize them. Well, it doesn't (though hinv reports their
- existence). MAKEDEV doesn't create the devices either.
-
- If it matters, we have two 2GB (formatted) Seagate drives. I logged a call
- with the Technical Assistance Center and was told that drives larger than
- 1.2GB are not yet supported. Is this true?
