- Hi,
- We will be upgrading our DEC MicroVax 3 running VMS in july next year.
- The system is used exclusively for finite element analysis modelling
- using ABACUS and IDEAS. I would like to convince people to get an SGI
- machine as a replacement, but naturally we need to be able to run the
- same software. Is ABACUS/IDEAS supported on the SGI? Or are there
- better finite element analysis and modelling packages available for
- the SGI?
