  12. Hi,
  13.    We will be upgrading our DEC MicroVax 3 running VMS in july next year.
  14. The system is used exclusively for finite element analysis modelling
  15. using ABACUS and IDEAS. I would like to convince people to get an SGI
  16. machine as a replacement, but naturally we need to be able to run the
  17. same software. Is ABACUS/IDEAS supported on the SGI? Or are there 
  18. better finite element analysis and modelling packages available for
  19. the SGI?
