  18. Directed to read about remotelp in Stevens' UNIX Network Programming.
  19. Also directed to Dynix/ptx command tcpdump.
  20. Expect to find PC/TCP software does not terminate job with NULL, may even
  21. send FIN before final ack (don't expect since PC/TCP also sees "error").
