  22. We are pleased to announce that, effective immediately, Martin Harwood
  23. will be heading the Service Sales group in the General International
  24. Area (GIA), reporting to Jason Silvia.

  26. Martin will work with the countries to develop and implement cost-
  27. effective Direct and Indirect Service Sales Channels to ensure a focus
  28. on customer retention and new customer development for the geography.
  29.  
  30. Martin has significant sales management experience, and a strong
  31. understanding of the needs of our customers.  He is a valuable
  32. addition to the Services organization.
