- Has anyone out on the net been able to use any RS232 software that wasn't
- supplied in the Zeos Palmtop's ROM (ie, software other than Works, Interlink,
- or DOS's ctty command)? I work for some people who want to use a palmtop
- as a controller/data collector for some surveying equipment, so it is
- important that I be able to access the com port from a program. (It isn't
- that I just don't like Works' terminal emulation package.) I've tried both
- a program I've written and Procomm 2.4.2 and both seem to be not getting
- the IRQ from the COM port.
-
- If anyone has used a program that uses the COM port at speeds >= 2400, please
- post an example (one would suffice). Of course, if someone has written an
- interrupt service routine that works on the Zeos, I'd appreciate it if you'd
- email me details or post them to whichever group seems more appropriate.
-
- Thanks in advance,
- Sean
