  19. PSILink is an off-line Internet message reading and composition package
  20. which is System Manager compatible, it uses both dialups and Wireless
  21. access (through RAM Mobile Data's two way mobitex network), to do messaging.

  23. The version posted is the V1.0.2 version, an update should be available in
  24. a couple of weeks.  The software is copyright but freely available.
  25. Dialups are available only in the US for the current version, the next version
  26. will support panNorthAmerican, panEuropean, and PacificBasin access.
