- :)I'm not sure exactly what you find wrong. 95BUDDY keys off of
- :)the "*.TXT" string and, when it see that while in the file open menu, it
- :)changes to the default dir that you've specified in your BCF. You can fool
- :)95BUDDY by typing "**.TXT" on line 2 of the file open menu
- :)and you will stay in DAT. Does that help?
-
- That's not really it. I can understand keying off the "*.TXT" part of
- it. I type MEMO-MEMO and it comes up with:
-
- File to open:
- C:\MEMOS\*.TXT
-
- Since that is what I specified in my BCF file. If I select "..\" it
- will traverse up to the root directory and show:
-
- File to open:
- C:\*.TXT
-
- and list out the various subdirectories. I can select any of my other
- directories and view their contents of TXT files (which include C:\APPT,
- C:\PHONE, C:\GAMES, C:\UTIL, etc), however I cannot seem to go into
- C:\_DAT. It sends be back to C:\MEMOS. I wanted to go to C:\_DAT.
-
- Is that a bug?
