- ethernet cards and cards which use the IBM boot protocol (802.2).

- I only have experience with IBM and SMC cards, but if your
- cards use the 802.3 protocol, then a special nlm is not required.
- Just build a boot image (net$dos.sys) as per the dosgen documentation.
- If you are running DOS 5.0, then run rplfix on the boot image.
