- I'm having some trouble on my local area network with workstations finding
- other servers than the one explicitly specified on the NETX line with
- the /PS (preferred server) option.

- I'm using packet drivers, with the appropriate Novell shells compiled for them.
- Oddly enough, it seems to happen all over the network. 90% of the time, the
- machines will log into the preferred server--the other 10% they'll hit a server
- elsewhere on the larger net. At those times, I know the preferred server
- is on the net and accessible.

- Anybody had any experience with preferred server switches NOT working properly?
