  12. I'm having some trouble on my local area network with workstations finding
  13. other servers than the one explicitly specified on the NETX line with
  14. the /PS (preferred server) option.

  16. I'm using packet drivers, with the appropriate Novell shells compiled for them.
  17. Oddly enough, it seems to happen all over the network.  90% of the time, the
  18. machines will log into the preferred server--the other 10% they'll hit a server
  19. elsewhere on the larger net.  At those times, I know the preferred server
  20. is on the net and accessible.

  22. Anybody had any experience with preferred server switches NOT working properly?
