  13. I've got Norton Deskton for Windows, version 2.0.  My PC runs on a
  14. Novell LAN.

  16. I've just got round to installing the SmartCan TSR to get rid of that
  17. annoying "SmartCan protection is not available - delete anyway?" warning
  18. I get whenever I try to delete anything.  It works fine for my hard
  19. drive, but nothing I delete from a network drive is UnErase'able.

  21. My guess if that SmartCan is pretty dumb and always trys to put its
  22. "smartcan" directory in the root of the drive being protected, even when
  23. I doen't have the right priveleges to do this.

  25. Is there any way of getting SmartCan to stash deleted files somewhere I
  26. can write to?
