  10.     Congratulations to the troops at Novell for making this serious
  11. change to NW utilities to support enhanced security.
  12.     I uncompressed all the files a moment ago and file SECUT1.EXE
  13. has an internal CRC error in file FCONSOLE.EXE. Running this Fconsole hangs
  14. my workstation.
  15.     Copies of these files are available on ftp.is.sandy.novell.com,
  16. and on mirror netlab2.usu.edu, in directory  novlib\novfiles.
