- When I try to print or preview a manual page using 'ptroff -man'
- under 3.0 I get garbage output - the pages come out too short so
- the header of the next page is at the bottom of the previous one.

- I realize that NeXT added the new -l (length) and -s (paper size)
- options, but playing around with them did not change anything.

- Is this a 3.0 bug, or am I missing something?
