  14. I've seen these delays in Mail quite often.  They seem to get very frequent  
  15. when new mail is arriving while you are fetching mail from  
  16. /usr/spool/mail/<hoohaa>.  Some bizarre stuff happened when I fired off a  
  17. boatload of requests to an automated mail server.
