  12. One of my student labs is having problems with their StyleWriters which are 
  13. hanging off Mac II ci's. When they try to print out from MS Word 5.0 the
  14. pages often get punted (half the page is printed and then is spit out). 
  15. These SWs are getting extremely heavy usage 100+ pages a day. Is it just that
  16. they are being run ragged or is there some other problem.
